01Agreeing to these terms

By using Dialed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Dialed runs several websites and each has its own terms, which apply to that site. Where you use more than one, the terms of the site you are on apply there. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.

02Who we are

Dialed is an independent project run by Dialed LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Focus V or Puffco. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners, and we name them only to say what our software and services work with.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Dialed" mean Dialed LLC, which runs Dialed, Dialed Control and Dialed Works.

03Who can use it

Dialed is about vaporizer devices. You must be at least 21 years old, or older if that is the legal age where you live, to use anything we offer.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including those about the products these devices are used with. Do not use Dialed where doing so is illegal.

04What this website is

This is the Dialed home website, which introduces Dialed Control, Dialed Works and the Dialed community and links between them. It is informational: it does not sell anything and has no accounts.

Dialed Control (the firmware, its web app and its beta) and Dialed Works (repair and customization services) are separate and have their own terms: Dialed Control terms, Dialed Control web app terms and Dialed Works terms. Please read them before you use those.

Anything we say about compatibility, availability, prices or turnaround is a guide and can change without notice.

05Acceptable use

Do not use Dialed to break the law, to harm anyone or anyone's device, or to harass people.

• Do not try to break, overload, scan or probe our systems, or to get around limits, access controls or rate limits.
• Do not scrape or copy it in bulk, or use it to build a competing service from our work.

06Links and other services

We link to services we do not run, such as Discord, Terpline and the social pages of glass makers. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for them.

07Our content

The Dialed name and logo, our designs, text, software and firmware belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and use Dialed for your own purposes. Do not use the Dialed name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected to you.

08No warranty

Dialed is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind: not that it will always work, be free of faults or suit your purpose. Some places do not allow some of these exclusions, and then the law of the place decides.

09Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or damage to a device, and our total liability for anything connected with Dialed is limited to the amount you paid us for the thing the claim is about in the 12 months before it. If it was free, that amount is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including your legal rights as a consumer where you live.

10Changes, suspension and ending

We can change, pause or stop Dialed, or any part of it, at any time.

You can stop using it whenever you like.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if a change matters we will make it clear. Using Dialed after a change means you accept the new terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US state in which Dialed LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, this does not take away protections that the law of the place where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.
